TM4’s Quality Policy towards its suppliers
Establish a frank and transparent relationship so that our suppliers share our goals and actively participate in our success.

Suppliers’ Quality Manual
This new document contains the quality requirements applicable to all our current and future suppliers. This document reflects TM4’s requirements based on ISO9001, TS16949 standards and our Clients’ requirements.

AC-6011E, Supplier’s Quality Manual

Finish Product Compliance Certificate (mandatory with each delivery)
This document is now mandatory and must be supplied with each delivery of finished products made toTM4. This document does not apply to the tools, unless otherwise stated on TM4’s P.O. Certificates on packing slips will no longer be accepted.

Products Quality Control
A final inspection report must be provided with each delivery of final products in compliance with the supplier's quality manual requirements.

If TM4 granted you a PPAP validation level 3 or more, you must continue to perform quality control and record the results. These reports will no longer have to be provided with the delivery, unless otherwise indicated or upon a specific request from TM4.
Note: At any time, you still have the obligation to supply complying products whatever the level of quality control performed is.

We highly recommend using the following form for products quality control, or report specifying information mentioned in AC-5018B form.

After having obtained TM4’s permission, you can perform a final sampling inspection, as defined in SQ-6010E  instructions.

Request for Deviation
A request for deviation must be filled in for any product non-compliance BEFORE delivery, request for change – drawing/engineering or to report a potential problem on a lot of products already delivered to TM4.

Requests for deviation must be sent to Coordinator, QA – Suppliers at the following e-mail address: guy.plouffe@tm4.com, with a certified copy to the buyer.

PPAP - Part Submission Warrant (PSW)

This document is MANDATORY and must be submitted to TM4 Supplier - Quality Representative when PPAP is required in TM4 SQ-5024B, Quality control Plan (Supplement Data Requirements document) or on the purchase order.
